    Royal Ontario Museum

This is just stunning! There are so many places and tings to explore, and amazing exhibitions and galleries filled with wonders of the world and ancient artifacts. Natural history, science, culture, space... everything was interesting and informative.

It's not surprising that this is one of the top-rated markets ion the world - after spending half a day exploring all the shops and vendors, we were thoroughly convinced! There is everything from meats, cheeses, vegetables, fresh fruit, jewelry, arts and crafts.

Somehow, I was persuaded to do the edge walk - trusting a harness and guide rail with my life... 365m above the ground! Though it was terrifying, I also had a lot of fun and knew I was safe and in the best of hands. Our tickets included access to many of the tower's other experiences, including glass floor, lookout and movie. The views were absolutely spectacular and we were lucky it was a fine, sunny day.

    Eat Fresh Be Healthy

Just $25 for an appetizer, entree and dessert (dinner), this is great value and great taste - bonus points for the healthy and fresh aspect. The place was a bit hard to find as it is small, but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This place should be called "so much" chocolate. The first thing you'll notice when you walk in (maybe even before) is the smell. Delicious, rich, sweet, mouth watering. Made on site in an artisan manner, it's also organic and fair-trade - so guilt free! Pralines, caramels, truffles and more await.

Set in a beautiful old building, the Keg was a wonderful place to sit and have a meal. I'd advise booking in advance as they prefer larger groups. Our food was delicious and wonderfully presented.

    Public Transport

Buses, streetcars and subways here are clean and reliable, and at $3 a fare they're pretty cheap too. I'd advise an unlimited-use day pass for about $11 is the best way to get around for a day.
