A beautifully kept wee 12 hole course looking over the lake. The scenery is incredible but it can get windy.

100's of miles of snowmobile trails thru the Chippewa National Forest

An awesome experience. Nice boat, beautiful smooth river ride and nice refreshments available. The cruise is an hour and a half long and reasonably priced.

I didn't expect fine dining in Lake City, but Nosh blew me away. The quality of the food was excellent, service was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Good place to stop in , right on the snowmobile trails and Hwy 46

The Chickadee is a great little restaurant with a homey atmosphere and great food. In the summer time it can be tough to get a table, the restaurant is very popular. They are only open until 2:00pm serving lunch and breakfast only.

This Mexican restaurant has an extensive menu with all the regular dishes and some interesting specials. The food is very good as is the service. It's quite small and busy so has a buzzy atmosphere.

    The Lost 40

Make sure and drive a bit further north of Squaw Lake & see the famous Lost 40. These spectacular hiking trails are known in history for having the largest white & red pines in the state. Misread survey in the logging days called this area a swamp & never logged it. There are some great trails and monster trees, it's beautiful!

    Check out Reads Landing

It is a great place to walk along Lake Pepin and visit the shops and attractions.
